O itSMF está a preparar a 18.ª edição da Conferência Anual, para dia 11 de outubro no Lispolis, em Lisboa, que, desejavelmente, se deverá realizar em formato misto (presencial e online).

O tema deste ano é “Confiabilidade e Agilidade da Gestão de Serviços” – dois dos aspetos que os clientes mais valorizam, principalmente depois da alteração de paradigma a que a atual pandemia nos obrigou. Será que as empresas continuam a prestar serviços tal e qual como os prometem? Estarão as questões de cibersegurança devidamente asseguradas a cada transação que fazemos? E a que velocidade tudo isto acontece?

Estas são algumas questões que serão debatidas ao longo do dia por um conjunto de especialistas nacionais e internacionais.

Looking for sponsors to the annual itSMF Portugal conference

itSMF Portugal is now preparing the 18th edition of it’s Annual Conference, to take place on October 11th in Lispolis, Lisbon, which, hopefully, should be held in a mixed format (in person and online).

The theme of this year’s conference is “Trustworthiness and Agility of Service Management” – two of the aspects that we value the most, especially after the paradigm shift that the current pandemic has forced on us. Will companies continue to provide services as they used to? Are cybersecurity issues properly guaranteed with every purchase we make? And at what speed does all this happen?

These are some issues that will be discussed during the day with a group of national and international experts.

We believe that the chosen topic is of all interest for the companies adapting and renewing their policies and actions for this new reality.
